NativeWinds is happy to announce that the command line version is now available - with a big bonus. QCFM can be run from the system tray to completely automate your pdf file conversions!

Our new QwikChange Folder Monitor performs extremely fast automated pdf file conversions when you don't have time to waste. The time required for conversions depends upon the size and complexity of the files to be converted. QCFM will watch for richtext files (*.rtf), html files (*.html) and text files (*.txt) for the automatic conversion to pdf format.

QwikChange Folder Monitor does all this without depending upon the installation of Microsoft, Adobe, GhostScript or any other third party software.

Automation - QCFM can be run from a batch file, from the command line, or can be set to run from the system tray. When run from the system tray, QCFM will keep close watch on the folder of your choice for newly created or modified files. When a new or changed file is detected, QCFM will automatically convert the file to PDF format and place the result into the output folder of your choice. If run from the command line or from a batch file, QCFM will convert the specified file to pdf format and place the conversion result into the same folder as the original file.

Very easy to use. Just select the folder you want to monitor, select the destination folder for the conversions, minimize the program to the system tray and let it run! It's just that easy! You can even have QCFM run automatically when Windows starts up and minimize itself to the system tray. It'll set there quietly taking care of your pdf conversions in the background.
